Traditional cellular phones are typically a “handset” with a face plate, a keypad, a speaker system, a microphone, and a battery compartment. These components are typically built onto a plastic frame, which is held together by various fasteners, e.g., screws. One of the drawbacks of this traditional design is that the frame takes up volume, which is undesirable in devices that have limited internal space. Additionally, the fasteners such as screws increase assembly time and costs.
Another drawback of traditional cellular phones is that their speaker systems are a single transducer unit, typically a woofer. A woofer is a low frequency transducer (e.g., below about 300 Hz). These speakers are intended to be low frequency speakers and thus do not produce enough energy at higher frequencies (e.g., in the range of 1500 Hz to 1800 Hz). In the past, one way to overcome this issue has been to use a tweeter (a high frequency transducer). A tweeter is a high frequency transducer and can be placed in close proximity to a woofer to increase the power output of the woofer at the higher frequencies.
The present invention provides speaker assemblies for cellular phones.Q:
Is there any memory issue while packing a Django Package?
I have created a django package that manages database updates using the models.py file.
In a project that I work on we decided to use this package in our project.
When I run makemigrations everything works fine, but as soon as I run migrate it throws:
django.db.utils.ProgrammingError: no such table: mypackage_case_model
I'm pretty sure that the reason is that the migrations table is empty.
My question is, is there any issue with setting up a Django package that can cause this?
Django version is 1.9.6, python version is 2.7.6.

The explanation is right in the docs:
